Refund Policy
If your piece arrives looking a bit rough...
Regardless of what state the box is in, I'd recommend taking a picture of it before you open it. This means that in the unfortunate event that something is broken in the post, I can hopefully claim a postage refund with the courier.
Regardless of the outcome with the postage company, I'll provide a refund for the piece as long as you can send me proof of damage in transport (state of packaging included). Then you and I can talk about how to proceed, if you would like to exchange for another piece and how I might improve my packaging for the next delivery.
If your piece seems to be in postage limbo...
In the unfortunate event that your parcel hasn't shown up within the timeframe listed in the shipping policy, reach out, and I'll try to chase up the postage company with the tracking details.
This will be on a case-by-case basis and may involve a piece being returned to me here in New Zealand before I attempt to ship again. In this case, I will absorb all additional shipping costs.
If the parcel never reaches you and cannot be returned to me within 12 weeks past its estimated delivery date, I will refund you or offer to exchange it for another similarly priced item. In this instance, we may need to get creative about how to securely get the pottery to you with certainty - this might look like finding friends or family heading to your part of the world to hand-deliver your goodies to you. Rest assured, we can work together to get your piece to you!
